Xinjiang Joinworld Co.,Ltd was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange centre in 1996, it was the first industrial company of Xinjiang Uigur autonomous region listed back then. Xinjiang Joinworld Co.,Ltd is the "Chinese top 100 electronic component enterprise", "nation's enterprise patent experimental unit", "nation's enterprise technology center", In 2006, Xinjiang joinworld was allowed to build as " nation's postdoctoral science research workstation". "Joinworld" new material products is Chinese famous name. Xinjiang Joinworld now has two industrial zone, one is high-tech industrial zone which mainly produce high purity aluminium, electronic aluminium foil and eletrode foil; another is the self-owned power station mainly as the energy zone. At persent, its total asset is 1.4 billion RMB, formed as "high purity aluminium, electronic aluminium foil" for the leading products; " energy-- high purity aluminium-- electronic aluminium foil-- eletrode foil" chain production line. As the only one enterprise cooperating with military industry in Xinjiang, it undertakes the important task of serving for military industry, civil aviation, spaceflight and nation's most important engineering. It has passed the ISO9001:2000 quality test, ISO 14001:2004 quality test, OHSAS18001:2001 quality test, and obtained the quality system authentication certificate awarded by China quality authentication center, the member of international authentication alliance organization; at the same time, it obtained the IQNET certificate and have passed the ROSH authentication. New materials products are sold well at home and exported to Japan, Europe, southeast Asia and Taiwan region and widely used in the fields such as aviation, spaceflight, house-electric, communication equipment, traffic facilities and so on.

Based on self-innovation, to accelerate development, it took on 4 nation's " 863" project successively, 1 nation's "torch project" and 2 important tackle hard-nut problems in science and technology project of Xinjiang region.  The "high purity aluminum high-tech industrialization demonstrate project" was the only one in this field which has been listed in the scheme of nation's hi-tech industry demonstrate project. Only in 2006, Joinworld has achieved greatly in the innovation, tackle hard-nut problems in science and technology project, have got nearly a hundred patents.
